Westminster members, we need your help! Recently two of our leaders, one elder and one deacon, have moved away, vacating their leadership positions with over a year and a half left in their terms. We need to hold a congregational meeting for the purpose of electing their replacements. Bill Scott (for the elder position) and Margo Salisbury (for the deacon position) have agreed to serve, but we must have at least 66 church members participating in the meeting to make our election valid.
On Sunday, May 17, at 11:30 a.m., we will hold a Zoom videoconference meeting that will last less than ten minutes. If you are a Westminster member, we ask you to please attend and vote at this online meeting. At about 11:15 a.m. or shortly thereafter on Sunday, please click the Zoom meeting web link which will be provided in the Westminster Weekly e-news. If you don’t get the e-news, you can also e-mail Jonathan in the church office to get the link information. The meeting will start promptly at 11:30.
