PARENT HELPERS’ NOTE:   Parents are always welcome to attend Junior High  Fellowship Group.  Our greatest need for extra help is March 14 through June, when Daylight Saving Time is in effect and we try to play outside when the weather is conducive.  If your parents have not yet signed up for a slot in 2010, please look ahead to the Calendar for March-June posted on my office door to find an open evening.  Or call me at Westminster (x 16) during the daytime Tuesday-Friday to find a Sunday evening that works for your family.
     

YOUTH PROGRAM’S INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We will make every effort to maintain as scheduled both Sunday and weekday activities as long as the building remains lit, warm, and accessible.  We do NOT encourage those living more than walking distance from Westminster to attempt to drive to the church in poor weather if there is a chance you could be stranded away from home for several hours, as the Church does not have adequate supplies to support large groups in an emergency.  Our best advice is that you tune into the local news for the latest closure info, call the Church (503-287-1289), call me at home (503-284-2205), or check the website at www.westprespdx.org if road conditions are adverse.

11:30 a.m. - noon   Coffee Hour - Great Hall
  

SUNDAY EVENINGS

Junior High Fellowship Group (grades 6-8) meets 5:30-7 p.m. Marcus Whitman Room
for informal recreation and discussion.  A reminder that the church is NOT open until 5:25 p.m., so plan your arrival accordingly!!  Friends welcome.
