SUNDAY MORNINGS

• 9:15 -10:15 a.m. Sr. High Hour for Refreshment & Reflection-Marcus Whitman Room

• 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Worship - Sanctuary     
  
• 11:30- Noon  Coffee Hour - Great Hall

We are in final preparations for our Pentecost project that will be displayed Sunday, May 27 - feel free to lend a hand as we “light a fire” for this festival celebration!   

SUNDAY EVENINGS
Fellowship (grades 9-12) meets Sundays 7:30-9:00 p.m Multi-Purpose Room (unless noted).  Friends welcome for this time of games, planning, and study. Topics:                                                    

• May 13 - “Best Intentions”       
  
• May 20 - “The Last 100 Meters”
• May 27 - NO Group over Memorial Weekend  
  
• June 3 - “Things Are Gonna Change” 
  
• June 10 - “Say It Isn’t So”

2012 MISSION TRIP (JUNE 16 - 23) UPDATE

• Spirit/Worship/T-shirt Teams meet Sunday, May 13, 7:30 - 8:15 pm - Multi-Purpose Room.  We need T-shirt sizes by May 20 if you haven’t already given the Team that information!

• Habitat forms were due May 6 - five persons have yet to turn those in - please get the completed forms to me by this Sunday, May 13!

• Next Mandatory Meeting is Sunday, May 20 7:30 - 8:15 p.m.  Multi-Purpose Room. The teams will set their final meeting schedule for the four weeks beforedeparture, updates on all trip details will be shared, and final Mandatory Meeting date will be set. Please save this short time to be together - we have much to cover and need your presence!

• Fund raising:  We begin our Pentecost Offering promotion this Sunday, May 13. We have another Moment for Mission May 20.  The Offering is received May 27. The goal is to raise $4,500, of which we retain $1,800 toward Mission Trip.  In the meantime, please send your $50 checks toward the cost of the donation to Habitat to my attention payable to Westminster Church at the address listed to the left.

• Service of Commissioning: Plan now to be in attendance for the Sunday, June 10,Worship service at 10:30 a.m. for Mission Trip Commissioning-mark your calendar!

• Mission Trip Registration Forms will be mailed May 24, and are due to me by Sun., June 3, 9:00 pm. This deadline is firm; plans can’t be finalized without them!
