A Guideline for Photographers
Guidelines for the Photographer/Videographer
The environment of the wedding service is one of worship. Photography and videotaping in the Sanctuary are permitted immediately after the service and up to thirty minutes before the service.
During the wedding photography and videotaping are permitted from the rear balcony, behind the front pillar on the east side of the Sanctuary or the back of the center aisle only.
Photography and videotaping elsewhere in the building (including the dressing and waiting room areas) must conclude thirty minutes before the wedding in order to give the bride and groom, their families, and attendants time to prepare in heart and minds for the service.
No flash or photographic lighting or photographic equipment sounds are permitted during the service by professionals or guests.
All Photographers and Videographers will be required to sign an agreement that they understand and will abide by the guidelines. These must be signed and given to the Wedding Coordinator two weeks prior to the wedding rehearsal.
A copy of the sound tape will be provided to the bridal party.
