Planning Your Event at Westminster

It is a policy of Westminster Presbyterian Church to share our facilities with community groups engaged in education and civic activities consistent with the overall mission of the church. The church's Session (Board) reserves the right to grant permission for building use and to deny any and all building use permits at its sole discretion. Long term building use will be provided by individual contract.

Room Size and Capacity

  • Fireside Room (37' x 28') capacity: 40 (small kitchenette in room). Accessiblility; stairs
  • Great Hall (41' x 65') capacity: 180 theater style (kitchen and stage with piano, speaker system) Accessibility: stairs and/or elevator
  • Chapel (35' x 26') capacity: 75 (No food or drinks) Accessibility: stairs and/or elevator
  • MultiPurpose Room (30' x 27') capacity: 42  Accessibility: stairs
  • Room A or B (21' x 18') capacity: 20 Accessibility: stairs
  • Room C/D (16' x 25') capacity: 30 Accessibility: stairs
  • Sanctuary: 500 (no food or drinks)  Accessibility: stairs and/or elevator
  • Gallery: 12  Accessibility: stairs and/or elevator

Fees vary according to rooms and length of usage. Rooms are not rented on Sundays.
