Wedding and Reception Fees
Wedding Fees*
Westminster offers two weddings packages, both of which include the fee for the Sanctuary, Pastor, Organist/Music Coordinator, Wedding Coordinator, Sanctuary Sound Technician and Custodian.
Wedding Package 1
(1-300 guests and/or 1-5 attendants) $1050
Wedding Package 2
(300 + guests and/or 6+attendants) $1400
*Fees are reduced for members who have been active for at least one year at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Reception Fees
Westminster welcomes receptions in our Great Hall. Located on the second floor the maximum seating is 180/standing 275.
Weddings with receptions need to begin by 7:00 pm. This insures a relaxed, enjoyable reception, and time our custodial staff to prepare the building for Sunday morning. Receptions must conclude by 9:30 pm.
Reception Fees
Westminster offers four reception packages, based on the size and style of the reception. All packages include the fee for the Great Hall, Reception Coordinator, reception servers, dishwasher and Custodian.
Reception Package 1
(Up to 125 guests/cake & punch only) $725*
Reception Package 2
(130-275 guests/cake & punch only) $875*
Reception Package 3
(Up to 125 guests/Hors d’oeuvres/meal) $1025*
Reception Package 4
(125-275 guests/Hors d’oeuvres/meal) $1375*
* An additional $200 refundable damage fee is required when booking the reception. This is not included in the cost of the reception packages.
Alcohol and Tobacco: The use of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products is not allowed anywhere on church property.
Decorations: Please check with the Church Administrator when planning the reception hall decorations, as there are some restrictions.
