Mission Statement The Northeast Emergency Food Program gives emergency food and clothing to low income people in the Portland metro area. With adequate volunteer help we also operate an internet/computer site, book exchange and cooking classes.

Description The Northeast Emergency Food Program has been operating in Northeast Portland for 25 years. It serves over 1600 people monthly with 3 - 5 days of groceries.
