Westminster’s next food drive, which will benefit Mainspring Portland, is on Sunday, April 13, and it’s all about easy, Easter-meal essentials! We’re seeking items such as stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, canned fruits and vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, French-fried onions, dinner rolls, and so on. Food items may be dropped off after church that day (from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) in the parking lot, or you may deliver donations to the cabinet near the 16th Avenue entrance during the week. (Just ring the buzzer for access during our office hours, normally Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) If you’d like to give a financial gift, please note in the check memo (or online-giving memo field) “April food drive.” Thank you!
