On Sunday, May 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., we will have a food drive in our parking lot to benefit the people served by Northeast Emergency Food Program. In honor of Memorial Day, we’ll have a picnic theme, and we’ll be requesting foods such as hamburger buns, hot-dog buns, ketchup, mustard, relish, chips, cans of baked beans or pork ‘n’ beans, canned drinks, bottled drinks in plastic containers, and (store-bought) cookies. Please, no homemade items and no items in glass jars. If you’re not able to bring in food donations but would like to give a financial donation, please put “May food drive” in the memo field of your check or online gift. You can also put cash or a check in the donation jar on the food-donation table that day. Thank you!
