March 28 is Palm Sunday, and we will offer livestreamed worship on our Facebook page at 10:30 a.m. That afternoon, we will present a drive-through Holy Week event in our parking lot from 3 to 4 p.m. As visitors enter the lot, they will receive a palm branch to wave. At the next station, they can place branches in a wire cross. A visit to the Last Supper is next, where they’ll be given some bread to save for Maundy Thursday. Next, they’ll visit the garden where Jesus prayed, and they can leave written prayers to go on a prayer wall. The final station shows the closed tomb that we consider as we await the resurrection of Jesus on Easter. Throughout the experience, visitors will be guided by a narration accessible via their phones from our website or via a brochure available on site.
