On Sunday, May 7th, at noon in the Great Hall, Westminster will host a raffle to support Heifer International, an organization that works in 19 countries to end hunger and poverty in a sustainable way by supporting and investing alongside local farmers and their communities. Heifer provides project participants with livestock or agriculture and offers business mentorship, training, and support to help communities thrive. During Sunday School on April 30, under the artistic guidance of Jack Robinson, Westminster children will be creating the animal paintings that will be offered in the raffle. In buying a raffle ticket, you get a chance to win a painting, an opportunity to support the kids, and the ability to help a great cause! We hope to see you there.
