Our next Deacon Doughnut Day is coming soon! On Sunday, May 31, the deacons will be serving delicious doughnuts during fellowship time (about 11:30 a.m.) in the Great Hall following worship. In addition to a variety of ways our deacons provide congregational care, each deacon has a Connections List which includes both friends and members of the church. Reaching out to the folks on our Connections Lists increases awareness of those around us and those who may need assistance in feeling connected. Your deacon may reach out to you by greeting you at church, or through a phone call, text, mail, or email. If you’re not sure who your deacon is, May 31 might be a great time for them to connect with you. It will definitely be a great time to enjoy some delicious doughnuts!
